The holiday season has begun. This might be the first holiday after your separation or divorce, or maybe it's the second, third holiday season, or beyond. You can lesson the emotional impact by knowing what to expect and being prepared. You will receive a Survival Guide with daily encouragement and helpful exercises for the days ahead. These tools will enable you not only to survive the coming holidays, but also to face them with a measure of peace and assurance.
